Executive Chef Marc Boussarie brings a blend of classical French training and mountain-town spirit to Block 3 Kitchen & Bar. Originally from France, Marc’s passion for cooking began in his family’s kitchen and evolved into a lifelong career shaped by experiences at acclaimed restaurants led by chefs such as Bradley Ogden, Michael Mina, Gary Danko, and Quinn Hatfield.
A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Marc refined his craft at the Michelin-starred Le Peché Gourmand in Angers, France. His approach combines refined technique with a love of local and seasonal ingredients, creating dishes that feel both elevated and approachable.
When he is not in the kitchen, Marc enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and paddleboarding, pursuits that connect him to the same natural beauty and sense of community that inspire his cooking in Big Sky.
